The Non-Resident High Commissioner Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Maldives to the Republic of Republic of South Africa His Excellency Omar Abdul Razzak presented his Letter of Credence to the President of South Africa His Excellency Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, at a ceremony held this afternoon at the Sefako Makgatho Presidential Guesthouse.
