Maldives Educational and Cultural Centre (MECC) and Metropolitan College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) yesterday.
At a ceremony held yesterday afternoon at MECC, His Excellency Mohamed Hussain Shareef, Ambassador of Maldives to Sri Lanka signed on behalf of Maldives Educational and Cultural Centre and Chairman Dr. Siraz Meerasahib signed on behalf of Metropolitan College.
The MoU aims to promote and facilitate affordable and quality tertiary education to Maldivians and to establish good relationships with these institutions. Under this MoU, Maldivians applying to courses in Metropolitan College via MECC is entitled to a 50% discount on course fees.
Metropolitan College is a reputed higher education institute in Colombo, Sri Lanka, affiliated to foreign Universities offering tertiary education in Management and Leisure, Psychology and Social Sciences, Languages and Information Technology. Metropolitan College also offers programmes from Diplomas to Bachelor’s Degree and to Masters and PhD.
